Tickeit Partnership Program

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE TICKEIT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM. BY REGISTERING AS A PARTNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Partnership Overview

Tickeit invites individuals and car dealerships to participate as Partners in promoting and selling our citation protection plans. In return, Partners will earn commissions based on the volume of sales

2. Commissions and Payments

  • - Commission rates may vary depending on the Partner agreement and volume of sales.
  • - Commissions are paid monthly, in the first week of each month, for the plans sold in the previous month.
  • - To receive payments, Partners must submit accurate Direct Deposit information through their Tickeit account.
  • - Partners will receive detailed invoices for all commission payments for clarity and record-keeping.

3. Partner Dashboard Access

  • - All approved Partners will be granted access to a personalized dashboard.
  • - The dashboard allows real-time tracking of:
  • - Plans sold
  • - Monthly progress
  • - Earned commissions and bonuses
  • - Partners can use the Help tab in their Tickeit account to raise any concerns or to cross-verify data.

4. Confidentiality

  • - All personal and financial information provided by Partners remains strictly confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without consent, except where legally required.

5. Termination and Misconduct

  • - Tickeit reserves the right to deactivate or block a Partner's account at any time in cases of:
  • - Fraudulent activity
  • - Misconduct or inappropriate behavior toward Tickeit staff or clients
  • - If a Partner discontinues participation, they must return any marketing materials provided by Tickeit.
  • - Partners can submit a discontinuation request only after completing 3 months in the program.

6. Minimum Sales Requirement

– Each Partner is required to meet a minimum plan sales target, as detailed in their Tickeit account.
– Commissions and bonuses are applicable only after reaching this minimum target.

– If the Partner fails to meet the minimum requirement, no commissions or bonuses will be paid for that cycle.

7. Agreement and Compliance

  • - By enrolling in the Tickeit Partnership Program, Partners agree to:
  • - Uphold professionalism
  • - Represent Tickeit accurately and ethically
  • - Abide by all terms listed herein

  • - "Tickeit" refers to the business entity providing citation protection services under the Tickeit name.
  • - "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has purchased and is enrolled in one of Tickeit's membership plans.
  • - "Plan" refers to either the "Essential" or "Essential Plus" citation protection plans offered by Tickeit.
  • - "Citation" or "Ticket" refers to a traffic violation notice issued by police or, where applicable, camera enforcement systems.
  • - "Claim" refers to a request submitted by a member for reimbursement of a fine paid in accordance with the plan's conditions.

2. Membership Plans

2.1 Essential Plan

  • - Covers non-criminal offense tickets issued only by police.
  • - Parking tickets and criminal offense tickets are excluded.
  • - Maximum claimable refund amount per membership cycle: $1,200 CAD.
  • - Members must first pay the fine to the court or online platform and then submit a claim via their Tickeit account.
  • - Claim submission window: within 24 hours from the timestamp on the official court/online payment receipt.
  • - Required documentation for claim approval includes:
  • - Proof of payment (court or online receipt)
  • - Original citation (ticket copy)
  • - Any additional documents requested by Tickeit
  • - Members may submit one (1) claim per 3-month membership cycle.

2.2 Essential Plus Plan

  • - Covers non-criminal offense tickets issued by police and camera enforcement systems, including parking tickets issued by police
  • - Criminal offense tickets are excluded.
  • - Maximum claimable refund amount per membership cycle: $1,200 CAD.
  • - Members must first pay the fine to the court or online platform and then submit a claim via their Tickeit account
  • - Claim submission window: within 48 hours from the timestamp on the official court/online payment receipt.
  • - Required documentation for claim approval includes:

3. General Terms Applicable to Both Plans

3.1 Membership Duration and Renewal

  • - Each membership plan is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
  • - Memberships are subject to automatic renewal at the end of each cycle, unless cancelled by the member in accordance with Tickeit's cancellation policy.

3.2 Claim Processing and Refund Time

  • - Refund processing time may vary depending on the type of plan and completeness of the submitted documents.
  • - Tickeit makes no guarantee regarding specific refund timelines and is not responsible for delays due to incomplete documentation or verification processes.

3.3 One Claim Per Cycle

  • - Members are permitted to submit one (1) claim per 3-month cycle, regardless of the number or value of citations received.
  • - Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in cancellation of membership and denial of current or future claims.

3.4 Eligibility and Documentation Requirements

  • - Claims will be considered only if
  • - The fine was paid in full to the court or designated platform.
  • - A valid payment receipt and a copy of the citation are uploaded via the member's Tickeit account within the designated timeframe (24 hours for Essential; 48 hours for Essential Plus).
  • - All required documents are submitted in clear, legible format.
  • - Tickeit reserves the right to reject any claim if:
  • - The submission deadline is missed.
  • - Incomplete, inaccurate, forged, or misleading information is provided.
  • - Required documentation is not provided upon request.

4. Fraud, Misuse, and Membership Termination

  • - Any member found submitting false, manipulated, or fraudulent documents, or engaging in misconduct or abuse of the platform, will have their membership immediately terminated without notice, and future access to Tickeit services will be permanently revoked.
  • - Tickeit retains full authority to suspend, cancel, or deactivate any membership, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • - Tickeit is not liable for any losses, fines, legal consequences, or delays in refund caused by:
  • - Member's failure to meet the submission deadline
  • - Non-payment of fines
  • - Incorrect or invalid documentation
  • - External factors beyond Tickeit's control (e.g., court systems, payment platforms, technical issues)

6. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the purchase of a Tickeit plan, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated above. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms prior to becoming a member. Purchase of a plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not purchase or use any Tickeit membership plan.
